Order Fulfillment Policy

  • Customer Privacy: All customer information is kept private. We do not require you to set up an account online. Your information will not be sold or shared with anyone.

  • Delivery Policy: All food is cooked to order. All items ordered and paid for will be available for pick up as close as possible to the selected time. If this is not possible, we will contact you. 

    • Not all ingredients listed, please do not forget to notify us of any allergies.

  • Food - Drink Policy: We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their meal. Please let us know ASAP when you have problems with the orders: ​For all items are not satisfied, gift card or store credit that available for call-in togo order and dine-in will be provided and is not expired.

    • No substitutions, no modifications on Happy Hour menu. Upcharges may apply for split items. Any modifications or substitutions on Happy Hour items will automatically be back to regular price plus the extra if needed.

    • No returns will be accepted for modified/personalized/special ordered items. No exception:​

      • ​Online and Takeout order: If you were not satisfied, contact us at 972-233-0003 for help. Full/partial refund is only accepted when there are wrong/missing items, or items are sold out. Card transactions  may take 3 - 5 business days for refunds to post. We aren't able to provide you exchange for any orders after 24hrs.

  • Cancelation Policy: If you need to cancel your orders/reservations please do so as soon as possible. Call the restaurant at 972-233-0003 to immediately cancel it.
